MCC – the owners of Lord’s - have become an official partner of the Emirates Airline ARCH tournaments in the UAE. The MCC will be promoting their fair play ‘MCC Spirit of Cricket’ message via the ARCH series of international cricket tournaments.
Arabian Cricket Managing Director, Matthew Jackson, said: “This is terrific news and a great boost for the whole management team at Arabian Cricket We worked very closely with the MCC this year when we helped stage the traditional MCC v Champion County match at the Zayed Stadium. It gave the MCC an opportunity to see the potential for cricket in a desert oasis. When you marry up the perfect weather conditions and superb facilities it really does offer cricketers at all levels a great place to compete.”
